Flat Rate Tracker provides tools for technicians to track jobs, hours, workorders, and pay. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the app.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

3. Subscription

• Pricing is displayed on our website and may change with notice.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
• You may cancel anytime through your account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access data that does not belong to you or interfering with system operations.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all jobs, workorders, hours, and data you enter. We do not share your information with your employer or any third party.

6. Service Availability

We strive for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the Service will always be available. Scheduled maintenance or outages may occur.

7. Limitation of Liability

CKP Capital, LLC is not liable for lost wages, employment disputes, or damages resulting from data entered incorrectly or not entered at all.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.
